This event is 16 and over. Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 16 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once you've completed your order you will receive a confirmation email from TicketWeb. You will be required to bring a copy of that email (or if unable to print bring the confirmation #), photo I.D. and credit card used to purchase to the T.O.TIX booth to pick up your 5 STAR package and show ticket. The T.O.TIX booth is located at Yonge-Dundas Square and is open Tuesday-Saturday 12 noon - 6:30PM.

Offer is subject to availability - all sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or substitutions. Tickets will not be replaced if destroyed, lost or stolen. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not valid with other discounts or special offers. Bearer must reserve with The Second City box office (416.343.0011) and restaurant (416.971.6626) in advance. Please arrive at venue 30 minutes before showtime to exchange your 5 Star Experience voucher for show ticket - no latecomers admitted. Customers are responsible for gratuities, applicable taxes and any additional items ordered. Package valid until August 10, 2010. The Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts accepts no responsibility for the quality of experience of any component of any of its 5 Star partners.
