Terms and Conditions:

If choosing Will Call delivery you can check in at the venue on the night of the event with your confirmation email/#, photo I.D. and the credit card used to purchase.

For Toronto area shows, tickets may be picked up prior to the event at T.O. TIX at Yonge-Dundas Square (Open Tuesday to Saturday from 12 Noon to 6:30 PM).

To check in at the event (or to pick up tickets in advance) you MUST be the original purchaser, and you must bring your confirmation email/#, photo I.D. and the credit card used to purchase. If you don't have all of that, your admission or pick up will be refused.

T.O. TIX cannot sell tickets in person for this event, they can only print tickets for previously placed orders.
