These power-pop stallwarts have played wonderful North American venues, headlining and opening for bands like Cracker, Tripping Daisy, The Headstones, Econoline Crush, JunkHouse, The Rheostatics, Finger Eleven, etc.

The Sound Technicians are receiving some encouraging attention of late, labelled "Rock Band of the Year" at the 2009 LA Music Awards. Possibly one of Canada's best kept thundering-guitar and song writing secrets, this energetic quartet are a bit busy. Diesel:U:Music selected The Sound Technicians, to be showcased on their half-hour sponsored shows, throughout the month of August on 101.7 WFNX-FM, Boston's legendary alternative rock station, and they played the Boston Music Festival in October as well as the LA Music Awards.
