    Anderson East

    Alternative Country

Anderson East made his debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last night performing his new single “All On My Mind.” Watch the full performanceHERE. The song is currently Top 20 and climbing.

Out now on Low Country Sound/Elektra Records (purchase here), “All On My Mind” was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb and Elektra Records President Gregg Nadel and was written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid, Anderson East and Aaron Raitiere. Watch/share the official music video HERE.

Already receiving widespread attention, Rolling Stone praises, “…sounds like pure East. Marching along with stabs of strings and swells of electric piano, ‘All On My Mind’ is a showcase for East’s rugged, raspy vocals as he ponders his obsession with a rule-breaking woman.” Additionally, East is currently featured as a SiriusXM “Spectrum Certified” artist. Previous artists featured in the music discovery series include Hozier, Kaleo, Leon Bridges and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats.

In celebration of the release, East will continue his extensive touring this month, including a series of dates supporting Chris Stapleton on his “All-American Road Show” tour. See below for complete tour details.

The release of “All On My Mind” culminates a breakout series of years for East following his widely praised debut album, Delilah, which NPR Music called “an eclectic, fully formed debut…” Additional critical praise included The Wall Street Journal who described, “…highlighted by Mr. East’s raw and raspy vocals and a backing band that channels the urgent rhythms and gospel-flavored sounds of ‘60s R&B and Southern soul music,” while American Songwriter asserted, “New artist debuts don’t come with much more industry buzz than the first release from singer/songwriter Anderson East…For better or worse, that sets expectations higher than those of most new artists. Thankfully, East meets them in 10 tracks and 33 minutes.”

In addition to making his television debut on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and appearing on “CBS This Morning Saturday” and Daryl Hall’s “Live from Daryl’s House,” East has also lent his talents to several notable projects. He’s been featured on Dave Cobb’s Southern Familycompilation, contributed a song to Brandi Carlile’s Cover Stories LP and crafted the original song “What Would It Take” for the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack.
