Fans of The Office will remember CREED BRATTON as the resourceful and duplicitous Quality Assurance Director, easily recognizable for his senile behavior and ignorance of the modern world.  Others will remember him as the frontman of the 60’s folk-rock phenomenon The Grass Roots.

CREED BRATTON grew up surrounded by music. A serious student of music, he would practice out in the barn until after dark and go to weekly dances to memorize what the pro guitar players were doing at the bandstand.  Beginning his professional musical career with the Tourquays and honing his craft as one of The Young Californians, he rose to fame as a guitarist, singer and songwriter with The Grass Roots.  Creed was a part of the first ten singles the band released, most of which were top hits. Among that number were “Beatin' Round the Bush”, “No Exit”, “Hot Bright Lights”, “Dinner for Eight” and the single “Let’s Live For Today” which jumped up the charts to land at number 8.

Following a solo musical stint and tired of all the rejection with Rock n Roll, Bratton became an actor.  Work on the big screen, notably Heart Like A Wheel (1983) and Mask (1985), led to the role we all know and love – CREED BRATTON of The Office.

Playing in streets, clubs, and restaurants from Germany to Gibraltar and Cairo to the infamous Kit Kat in Beirut, CREED BRATTON became a master of both the serious and the funny sides of life.  This incredible show, the reflection of his lifetime is a combination of Creed’s original songs, a few of The Grass Roots songs, and a healthy dose of some serious comedy.
