These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.nazaara.live and all NAZAARA events (“Services”). By using the Site, submitting information, or buying a ticket (including via third-party platforms), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age
Events are intended for adults and may have age limits under local laws and venue rules. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you confirm you meet the legal age and will provide valid government ID if requested. Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity, and security discretion.

2. Ticketing & Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable, except if an event is cancelled in full or as required by law. If an event is rescheduled or moved, your ticket transfers to the new date or venue. We are not responsible for tickets bought from unauthorized sellers.

3. Dress Code
Some events may have a stated dress code. Where a dress code appears in the listing or marketing, we may deny entry without refund to guests who do not comply.

4. Photography & Media Consent
By attending any NAZAARA event, you acknowledge the event may be filmed or photographed and that you may appear in footage or images. You grant us the right to use such media, without compensation, in perpetuity for marketing, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes. Requests for accommodation must be made before the event by emailing contact@nazaara.live. Because event photography often includes crowd shots, complete removal of your image cannot always be guaranteed.

5. Marketing Communications & Data
By submitting your contact information through the Site or any ticketing platform, you consent to receive email and SMS/text communications from us, including marketing and event updates. You may unsubscribe from email via the link in our emails and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in our materials is owned by NAZAARA, TAMASHA Worldwide Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk
Events may include loud music, lighting effects (including strobe), and crowded environments. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, including personal injury and property loss. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket, if any. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAZAARA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services, purchase of tickets, or attendance at events.

10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the province or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

11. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
