By clicking the box, the participant (you) agrees and acknowledges that they derive a material benefit from the event and/or involvement therein. The participant agrees and acknowledges that the event may involve activity which may be potentially hazardous. The participant hereby expressly and unconditionally assumes all risks associated with participating in the event. Including, without limitation, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather and the condition of surfaces.

The participant hereby releases and holds harmless the organizers, associated agents, volunteers and facility owners of the event from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature, arising out of or relating to the participant’s involvement in the event and all activities associated therewith. The participant’s admission to the event is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and regulations.

LIABILITY: The participant acknowledges engaging willingly in the event. The participant hereby releases, waives and forever discharges any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against TMANA and Promise and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the released parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which the participant, their heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on the participant’s behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from their participation with the event.

MEDICAL: The participant acknowledges the health risks associated with the event, including but not limited to broken bones and even sudden death. The participant agrees that if they experience any medical issues during the event, they will discontinue their participation immediately and seek appropriate attention.

The participant hereby release and forever discharge the Released Parties from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment or service rendered in connection with their participation in the event.

The participant recognizes that their involvement and/or attendance at any activity is voluntary and may result in personal injury including death and/or property damage. By attending, observing or participating in any activity, the participant acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with their participation and/or attendance, and agrees that: (a) Promise representatives, (b) the property or site owner of the event, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors and officers of such entities in subsections (a) through (c) collectively, the Released Parties, will not be responsible for any personal injury including death, property damage or other loss suffered as a result of participation, attendance and/or observation regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

By checking the box, the participant certifies they fully read and understand the above, agree to strictly uphold and adhere to all points, and gives their full release of liability to the Released Parties to the utmost extent permitted by law
