Tickets MUST be redeemed for an official RFID pass at the Welcome Centre prior to the events. The official location of the Welcome Centre will be released closer to PRIDE weekend via Ticketweb Customer Email notification. Additional Welcome Centre information and hours will be posted on Prism Festival's social media platforms and all event listings. 

Please note this pass is not transferable. YOU WILL BE EMAILED ONE TICKET WHICH IS TO BE REDEEMED FOR AN RFID WRISTBAND PRIOR TO ENTRY FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS. DO NOT THROW OUT PRINTED COPIES OF YOUR TICKETS. YOUR ID MUST MATCH THE NAME ON THE TICKET.
