Table Reservation Ticket Policy:
- Table Service: Please note that event tickets are not intended to be credited towards the purchase of bottles; table minimums are additional purchases.
- Reservation Purpose: The purchased ticket is specifically meant for reserving a table at CODA. It grants you priority access to the reserved table during the specified time and you are agreeing to purchasing the specified bottle minimum.
- No Refunds: All table reservation ticket sales are final. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes in reservation dates/times.
- Arrival Time: Guests are required to arrive by 11PM to claim the reserved table. If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible at reservations@codatoronto.com. Tables will be held for a grace period of 30 minutes after the reservation time, after which the table may be released to other patrons and no refund will be provided.
- Transferability: Tickets are not transferable to other individuals or events. The name on the reservation must match the individual using the table. Reservation Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Please present this confirmation upon arrival.
- Table Occupancy: The reserved table is intended for the specified number of guests in your reservation. Additional guests may be accommodated at the discretion of the establishment & may be subject to additional charges. Event Changes or Cancellations: In the rare event that CODA needs to cancel or modify your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to contact you in advance & provide suitable alternatives. In such cases, a refund may be offered at the discretion of the establishment.
19+ & IDENTIFICATION:
Government issued ID is required. Photocopies or photographs of ID is not accepted.
Note that ticket delivery will be delayed! Please check your email a few days before the event and you will have been emailed your ticket.
