With a signature sound that earned them a massive following across the country, they made history as the first indie band to release albums nationwide with major label support. Known for hits spanning 7 albums and a 24-year career, they've shared stages with global acts like Good Charlotte, Deftones, and Linkin Park, and were the only Filipino band to perform at Singapore’s Baybeats Festival two years in a row. After a hiatus in 2015, the band reunited in 2018 and has continued to perform with a refreshed lineup: Gabby Alipe (vocals/guitar), John Dinopol (guitar), Lalay Lim-Geronimo (bass), Russell Manaloto (guitar), and Sam Saludsong (drums). In 2023, Urbandub celebrated their legacy with a re-release of their debut album Birth—re-recorded and renamed REBIRTH, now streaming everywhere.
