No exchange or refund.  Please note that all minors aged 12-17 must bring a permission sheet signed by a parent or guardian (provided by the JCCC) if they are to attend unaccompanied. All minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each individual must have their own ticket.
