An Edmonton Jazz Collective celebrates the career of late pioneering vocalist and NEA Jazz Master Sheila Jordan. Sheila had ties to many artists in Canada and around the world. A select few, led by close friend and vocalist Elsie Osbourne, have been brought together to share music and stories from Sheila's nearly 80-year career. The matinee event will include special appearances by jazz vocalist and CKUA Radio host Diane Donovan, Edmonton-based songstress Shelley Jones, and radio host, Blues Festival Producer, and jazz singer Cindy McLeod.
