In order to be eligible for the Best Costume Contest, all participants must be within the venue and have their costume judged by our panel of judges at the designated judging station by 11:00pm EST. A minimum of 5 finalists will be selected and invited on-stage at approximately 11:45pm EST. The winner will be determined by loudest audience applause. There is no ‘theme’ requirement for costumes. For clarity, costumes do NOT need to be 80s themed to be eligible for best costume
