Chillin’ & Grillin’ transforms Noir’s brand new open-air patio into what we’re calling Horizon. Set against breathtaking, unobstructed skyline views that have never been experienced at this venue before, Horizon becomes the backdrop for Sundays filled with great music, good people, and unforgettable moments by the water.
