Formed in 2016, through friends, and craigslist ads, The Fame bringing's a unique sound to modern day rock music. Their sound is a combination of Beatlesque melodies with the passion of nineties indie/alternative rock. Inspired by bands like, The Beatles, The Kinks, Nirvana, Oasis, The Strokes, and White Stripes, their sound echoes that of the artists who have inspired them. The story of this quartet based in Toronto, Canada is as unique as their music. The members of the band come from different backgrounds all over the world, and celebrate their differences through their shared love for rock music. The Fame is a not-so-typical rock 'n roll band, making some not-so-typical rock 'n roll music. ​
