Originally from Argentina and raised in Winnipeg, Ari spent 6 years as chef de cuisine at Montreal’s celebrated Liverpool House, where he developed his unique style and deepened his understanding of hospitality. In 2019, he and his brother Pablo opened Beba, a neighborhood gem that reflects their heritage and dedication to sourcing singular ingredients.
