Coming from a working class background, He is a reflection of a time and place that might not exist anymore.   Audiences across the Country are delighted by his dark sensibilities and attitude towards today's society. Often lurking in the fringes, his mission is to bring the laughter out of the shadows   Brett Forte was born in 92' but we're pretty sure he grew up in the 80's. He's upset with his generation and thinks you should be too. For Brett, frustration leads to comedy. If something rubs him the wrong way, you're sure to get a laugh out of it. After winning 'Yuk Yuks Top New Comic' of 2016 and 'Edmonton's Funniest Person' in 2017, Brett was asked to work for Bobby Lee, Josh Wolf, Chris D’Elia, Brendan Schaub and Jay Pharoah. Recently, Forte was rewarded with a trip to the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, to perform on the highly-acclaimed ‘New Faces’ showcase. His first TV special appeared on CBC, briefly, before a joke got a him banned from the network all together. For Forte, this is a badge of honour.
