Known for their seductive blend of analog synths, disco rhythms, and cinematic melancholy, the band became internationally recognized through the iconic track “Under Your Spell” featured in Drive.Balancing romance and darkness, Desire’s music drifts between intimate heartbreak and euphoric escape — a sound equally at home in underground clubs, late-night drives, and festival stages around the world. Their live performances are immersive, emotional, and hypnotic, earning the band a devoted cult following across Europe and North America.Following the release of Games People Play, Desire are currently working on a new album.

Shoegaze
VERTTIGO is a Canadian dream pop project based in Edmonton, AB. Drawing influences from new wave and shoegaze artists of the 80s & 90s, VERTTIGO has carved out a niche all their own. Aesthetically, VERTTIGO is inspired by the darker side of the human condition and reflects on the notion that collectively we are in a constant spiral of love, death, loss, and rebirth… we are living in vertigo. Bands that are comparable stylistically include: Alvvays, Slowdive, Cocteau Twins, and Beach House. Notable festival acts include: a debut performance alongside headliners A Place To Bury Strangers & ACTORS at Purple City Music Fest 2022-2024 (Edmonton), Verboden Music Festival 2023 (Vancouver), Winterruption Festival 2023 (Edmonton), JUNOfest 2023 (Edmonton), Cherry Cult Fest 2023 (Edmonton), and Big Winter Classic Fest 2024 (Calgary). Post-Punk
Specters of ‘80s goth and post-punk haunt Uncanny Valley. The band’s sound is punctuated by cold-wave synths, supported by velvety basslines, and accented by an unearthly blend of live and mechanical drumming. These haunting goth lullabies are powered by the past as they thrillingly push forwards into the future. - Sled Island 2024
