**PLEASE NOTE - Infants under 2 years old are free, but a ticket must be presented upon entry. If you are bringing an infant, please select the appropriate number of tickets to your right. Infant tickets CANNOT be processed without an adult or senior ticket purchase.

At this world class event with 20 years under its belt, you will experience the incredible talent of international ice carvers as they delicately balance grueling physical labour with precision artistry in a 34 hour International Ice Carving Competition. This year’s ‘Wonders of the World’ theme promises to be the most spectacular competition yet!

Due to the overwhelming popularity, access to the carving site at peak times will be available during ticketed viewing time-slots only. Outside these hours, viewing is free and unsupervised.

Ticket purchase

Tickets can be purchased in advance online, booking fees apply. Additionally, tickets can also be purchased on-site at the venue or downtown in the Visitor Information Centre at Samson Mall, no booking fees apply.

The time-slots are:

• 9:00am – 10:30am
• 10:00am – 11:30am
• 11:00am – 12:30pm
• 12:00pm – 1:30pm
• 1:00pm – 2:30pm
• 2:00pm – 3:30pm
• 3:00pm – 4:30pm
• 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Parking

Parking is limited at The Chateau Lake Louise. We encourage parking downtown as continuous shuttle buses will be available from the Samson Mall to the Hotel.

Terms and conditions of entry:

• All patrons, require a ticket, regardless of age.
• Entry to the ice carving site is for your ticketed time-slot only. Entry will close 10 minutes prior to the end of your elected time-slot.
• 'Hard' tickets only. Tickets shown on a mobile device will not be accepted.
• Staying at a Lake Louise hotel? Tickets are complimentary and will be available through your accommodation.
• No pets allowed on shuttles.
• No refunds.
