Indie88 is getting BACK AT IT with two incredible shows INSIDE The Phoenix Concert Theatre. Back to the way it was... no live streaming, no plexiglass, no TV/computer sound. Just you and other music lovers enjoying live music in person inside a legendary venue - but with an extremely limited capacity. The Phoenix Concert Theatre will be set up with couches and tables for your own socially-distant personal space with Bar and table service available.
The only way to experience these events are to be there in person!
Based on government mandated rules in Step 3, all tickets must be purchased in advance. All tickets will be sold by the group in either 2s, 4s, or 6s, and we will seat you accordingly, first come first served.
This event is 19+ and has limited seating as per the current Step 3 protocols. To ensure appropriate physical distancing, groups will be sat together. Please purchase your tickets collectively as a group so we can arrange your seating arrangements in advance.
All groups agree that they are within a social bubble and are comfortable to be seated or standing together with no masks on.
Door time is 9 p.m. We encourage you to arrive early, as lines will be socially distanced, and entry will be staggered. Guests will be seated first come, first serve.

The Elwins -- singer/guitarist Matt Sweeney, drummer Travis Stokl, guitarist/keyboardist Feurd, and bassist/singer Francesco Figliomeni -- came together in 2006 near Newmarket, about an hour north of Toronto. After touring extensively behind 2012's And I Thank You and 2015's Play for Keeps, the four members developed a natural chemistry, which continues to propel (and challenge) their collaborative spirit on Beauty Community. Play For Keeps notably helped garner the band a 2016 JUNO Award for Breakthrough Group of the Year with its first single, "So Down Low," which amassed over 25 million audience impressions, peaked at #12 Alternative Rock, and was featured in a Canada-wide advertising campaign for Fido.

Ellevator
Alternative Rock
Ellevator is a band from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Raised on the cool precision of
late-aughts guitar music and the melodrama of post-rock, they hold lean hooks and
sweeping crescendos in perfect tension. Frontwoman Nabi Sue Bersche wields her
arresting lyricism with clear-eyed lucidity, drawing deeply personal reflections from big
themes like power, love, and loss. Citing influences that range from stadium limelight
(U2, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush) to the warm glow of indie haunts (Feist, Spoon, Death
Cab For Cutie) Ellevator’s music hits with the impact of great pop songs and the fierce
emotional resonance of their rock and roll heroes.
Following the release of their eponymous debut EP in 2018, Ellevator cut their teeth on
the road, sharing stages with the likes of Amber Run, Banners, Our Lady Peace,
Arkells, Bishop Briggs, Cold War Kids, and Dear Rouge. Their debut LP, produced by
Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie, Foxing, Tegan & Sara), is set to be released in 2022.
