At just 24, Nino Paid has emerged as one of the most compelling new voices in hip-hop, with his raw storytelling, emotional honesty, and unshakable sense of purpose setting him apart in a crowded landscape. The DMV native turned pain into poetry, drawing from a past shaped by foster care, loss, and survival to create music that hit hard and resonated even deeper.
After making waves with his 2023 debut “Pain and Possibilities”, the tracks viral success helped propel him into the national spotlight and led to a deal with Signal Records and Columbia Records. The release of his debut Can’t Go Bacc helped build a devoted following through deeply personal records like “Relapse,” and the breakout anthem “Play This At My Funeral.
In 2025, Nino reached a new level of recognition with the success of his Love Me As I Am album and “Tree On A Hill (Lunchbreak Freestyle),” landing him part of the XXL 2025 Freshman Class, cementing his status as one of hip-hop’s most exciting rising stars. He sold out his first national headline tour and earned placements on nearly every major Artist to Watch list, including Complex, Pigeons & Planes, EARMILK, and Our Generation Music. His story and music were spotlighted by The FADER, Pitchfork, and The Washington Post, which praised his ability to “rewrite his narrative in real time and take a whole generation with him.”
Nino’s rise was amplified by support from some of the internet’s biggest personalities, including Kai Cenat and Plaqueboymax, who consistently championed his music. In a viral American Music Awards red carpet moment, Kai famously called him “the next big artist.”
As his audience continued to grow, Nino brought his music to stages across the country, performing at major festivals including Lyrical Lemonade’s Summer Smash and Rolling Loud, while also joining Jessie Murph on her Worldwide Hysteria U.S. tour.
Authentic, grounded, and only beginning to scratch the surface of his potential, Nino Paid makes music for people who’ve lived through something and are still standing. His highly anticipated new album is set for release Summer 2026.
