MALFNKTION
MALFNKTION
Dance/Electronic
Bangalore's indie dance cult phenom, Malfnktion is the electronic music project of Aditya Alamuru. His work recontextualizes familiar samples into new sonic forms, fusing traditional sounds with dirty dubstep, breaks and grime. Sets sit between groove and experimentation, all bone rattling bass and dancefloor abandon. He's coming off a flurry of electronic records in 2025.

GRRLCRRSH
GRRLCRRSH
Dance/Electronic
A staple across Toronto dancefloors, grrlcrrsh is a genre fluid vibrarian winding waists and winning hearts through her affinity for sassy, sexy soundscapes. Threading freaky bass, post-punk and electroclash through sultry percussion and cheeky hooks, her sets entice a full body sensual delight guaranteed to make any crowd blush. You may even leave with a new crush ;) For NITE BAZAAR, she's folding bhangla influences into the mix.
Hip-Hop/Rap
Lahore Wept
Lahore Wept
Hip-Hop/Rap
Lahore Wept is a Toronto-based punk project writing songs about South Asian conflict, family, and the tension between heritage and individuality. Taut guitars, screeching feedback, and high-octane vocals carry stories of betrayal, estrangement, and disillusionment, weaving traditional Punjabi elements into his wall of abrasion, with a streak of dark humour throughout. Intense, loud, but always fun. For NITE BAZAAR, the set will feature traditional Indian instrumentation.
Cabaret
Tammy The Brown
Tammy The Brown
Cabaret
Tammy The Brown is a Canadian-Arab drag queen from another galaxy: loud, campy, sexy, and entirely uninterested in making herself smaller. Sword-balancing, mile-long ponytails, and booty-shaking collide, as Tammy brings politics, culture, and punk swagger to every stage she steps on. Her performance is rooted in reclamation, activism, and taking up space.
Dance/Electronic
Angelphroot
Angelphroot
Dance/Electronic
Angelphroot is a Toronto-based DJ and artist dealing in high-octane dance music and genre-jumping sonic journeys. Her work fuses the foundational sounds of alternative subcultures with cutting edge global electronica, bringing Punjabi references into dialogue with hard techno, industrial, metal-adjacent sounds, and club music. Operating within underground club and experimental scenes, she blends South Asian dress with goth-punk aesthetics.
