Cancellations Any cancellation call, likely due to rain, is made by 1pm on the day. Ticket and Season Pass holders are then notified by email. Refunds If we cancel an event, usually due to weather, your tickets can be exchanged to another event date. We do not offer refunds. Re-Sales Your ticket is ready to go.
