The Toronto Waterfront Festival is an annual summer event that began in 2010. Each year the festival features on-land and on-water entertainment including live music, food, kids activities, nautical programs and more. Every three years, the event welcomes a fleet of majestic tall ships to Toronto. The Festival is open to the public and free for everyone to attend.  

Kids under the age of 5 are free.
Due to the nature of their construction, the ships do not have wheelchair access and there is limited access to people with mobility restrictions.

Sail #1 - Boarding at 10am, Sail at 10:15am, Return at 12:15pm
Sail #2 - Boarding at 12:45pm, Sail at 1pm, Return at 3pm
Sail #3 - Boarding at 3:30pm, Sail at 3:45pm, Return at 5:45pm
Sail #4 - Boarding at 6:15pm, Sail at 6:30pm, Return at 8:30pm

  • Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Your ticket must be redeemed in person for a wristband onsite at our Ticket Booth located in Sugar Beach, 11 Dockside Drive.
  • Due to the nature of their construction, the ships do not have wheelchair access and there is limited access to people with mobility restrictions.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Proper footwear must be worn by all visitors boarding the ships (rubber sole shoes, sneakers or boat shoes). Spiked heels are NOT permitted.
  • The festival is a rain or shine event but programming is subject to change.
