SOOKRAM’S DOUBLE FEATURE NIGHT
Monday, October 20th – Park Theatre
1 Ticket. 2 Movies. 1 Specialty Sookram’s 16oz Draft. 1 Groovy Night... All for $15
Get ready for a blood-soaked blast from the past, because we’re firing up the chainsaw and opening the Necronomicon for Sookram’s Double Feature Night (Featuring two of our most FAVE films, can someone get on the phone with Quinn Greene and fire back up another round of EVIL DEAD the Musical, please) a spine-tingling, beer-slinging pre-Halloween movie marathon you won’t want to miss.
We’re screening Evil Dead and Army of Darkness, back-to-back, on the big screen at the Park Theatre. These cult horror-comedy classics deliver buckets of gore, outrageous laughs, and enough boomstick bravado to raise the dead.
First up, Evil Dead (1981): the gritty, low-budget masterpiece that started it all. When five friends head to a remote cabin and accidentally unleash unspeakable evil, things get... messy. “We’re gonna get you. Not another peep. Time to go to sleep.”
Then it’s on to Army of Darkness (1992), where our chainsaw-handed hero Ash is hurled back in time to fight medieval Deadites with nothing but a shotgun, a sarcastic attitude, and his legendary chin. “Good. Bad. I’m the guy with the gun.”
If you're a fan of horror, camp, practical effects, or want to yell “Klaatu barada nikto!” with a cold Sookram’s draft in hand, this is your night. It’s the perfect pre-Halloween celebration, where cult cinema, craft beer, and creepy vibes collide.
Tickets are just $15 and include both films and a 16oz specialty Sookram’s beer.
Groovy.
