Their debut record Surf Hat has gathered hundreds of thousands of streams and they have established a rapidly growing fan base across North America. The classic four piece lineup delivers the verby, jangly surf-rock guitar style of modern bands mixed with the sweetly harmonized vocals of beloved classics. Surf Hat released their sophomore album Surf Hat Ranch in March 2024. Kieran Campbell is a singer-songwriter originally from Victoria, British Columbia, who now splits his time between Montréal and Tofino, BC. His music is deeply rooted in alt-folk, drawing inspiration from legendary songwriters such as Townes Van Zandt, John Prine, and other folk traditions. His sound combines the timeless storytelling of folk with a modern, reflective sensibility.
