Saturday, June 23, 2018 will mark the 9th year anniversary of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones' return to Victoria Ska & Reggae Festival. We are excited to have them back after celebrating our 10th Anniversary back in 2009 which seems like just yesterday. Joining them will be world renowned Western Standard Time Ska Orchestra that will be assembling a 17 piece mega orchestra with members from Hepcat, The Debonaires, See Spot, The Resignators (Australia) former members of The Aggrolites and more.
After many years of discussion we are excited to welcome Fortunate Youth to our Island ska & reggae family. Fortunate Youth have been gaining a lot of traction throughout the USA sellilng out venues all over the country. Notably the band played on the main stage for Cali Roots several times and most recently the One Love Cali Reggae Fest which included acts such as Ben Harper, Barrington Levy, Nas and Atmosphere.
Victoria's own Hillside Hooligans will be kicking off this one time combination of festival bands with Funkee Wadd playing in between sets.
