Better late than never.

This surf punk trio was born of boredom, isolation, and teenage frustration, 6 miles north of Stony Plain, Alberta. Instrumental rock'n'roll. Surf music for punks. Somehow still rocking some 30 (?) years later. Their tentacles reach far...these guys have also done time in The Brewtals, Von Zippers, The Vicious Cycles, The Get Down, Les Tabernacles, Iron Eyes, The Bad Beats, DOA, Fire Engine Red, Greenback High...we could go on.

It started with a Country train beat at a jam session with local punk rock and metal musicians in the Edmonton, Alberta music scene. What emerged can only be called Twang Punk... blurring the lines between Country, Punk, Heavy Metal, Roots, and Rock music. Over the past decade, The Give ‘Em Hell Boys have continued to evolve this distinct sound. Constantly gigging with a pickup truck full of songs in their repertoire, this four-piece band  keeps grooving and growing stronger in the Canadian music Scene. Their inaugural, self-produced release, Barn Burner, secured a nomination for Country Recording of the Year at the 2013 Edmonton Music Awards. With an impressive repertoire on festival stages, this band has graced audiences worldwide. They embarked on two tours across Western Europe, captivating audiences at festivals across Europe and North America, notably appearing at Big Valley Jamboree, North Country Fair, Beaumont Blues and Roots Fest, and Taste of Edmonton. Anticipate a fresh collection of tracks set to feature on their forthcoming album, currently in production.

Cutoffs are a high-energy rock band formed by Bob Prodor (vocals/guitar), Davin Stangeland (guitar/vocals), Kerry Cyr (bass), and Paul Karpinski (drums). Bob previously played in the Edmonton band Unsound, while Kerry was a member of the legendary SNFU. Together, Cutoffs bring a unique blend of punk, rock, and gritty energy to their music.  In October, Cutoffs released their latest album, Dirty Genes recorded by local hero Rob Lawless. Known for their dynamic live shows, the band has shared the stage with touring acts such as The Menzingers, Guitar Wolf, and Dead Bob. With their hard-hitting sound and raw passion, Cutoffs continues to carve out their place in the underground scene.

Two ferocious drummers and one limitless band. Meet Rad Dog. Harnessing the untamed energy of the British Columbia mountains they channel it into a high-octane live show that you need to see to believe! With dual drummers Phil and Rich pounding out intricate rythms, bassist Kayla's driving bass lines, and guitarist Tom's explosive riffs and leads generate a sonic spectacle like no other.  The only thing they love more than crafting their intricate live show, is to share their efforts and sounds to the masses. Rad Dog are no strangers to the road and have multiple 10+ day Canadian tours under their belts. In 2025 and beyond they have their sights set on taking the show worldwide, achieving total sonic global domination. 

Femmes Voyous is an unapologetically Canadian, Edmonton based, feminist dirtbag, pop punk band, whose brand of silly fun and unwavering friendship, is as infectious ands empowering as their hard hitting hooks, catchy licks, dance party horns and first pumping sing a long anthems!!

blind commentary is an up-and-coming hardcore emo band based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The band’s signature sound can best described as a dynamic fusion between emogaze, shoegaze, and grungegaze–essentially any and all variations of ‘gaze’. While their music takes center stage, blind commentary's real advantage lies in their electrifying performance energy. Their live shows are a testament to their ability to connect with audiences through dynamic interactions and high-energy performances. Behind the scenes, they continue to grow their music collection, having released their EP: eyes open and staring, in June 2024.
